One of the nearest Domino's Pizzeria, which is a great place to experience the nightlife of Mount Washington Kentucky, is located on Bardstown Road, just off Bardtown Road. Another recommended restaurant for dinner on the way to the Kentucky Derby is the Half Time Sports Bar & Grill on Bardston Road near Kroger.
When the Reds are in town, it's packed with Reds fans and attracts a late-night college crowd on the weekend. It's one of the best places in town to have a drink and behave in Mount Washington Kentucky, especially after the Kentucky Derby.
In addition to the regular food at the sports bar, there is a wide selection of beers and wines, as well as a wide selection of cocktails. Mexican food is so good that you can't get it at any of the chain's restaurants here in Louisville. The bar offers old - school and new - wave cocktails named after famous Kentucky bourbon brands such as Bourbon Barrels and Old Fashioned, but it is also a good place for non-whiskey drinkers to meet a whisky drinker with a certain taste for bourbon and have fun. New to the Horseshoe Casino is the Terrace Rooftop Bar, which offers specialties such as drinks, cigars and entertainment with city views. The casino features high-limit rooms separated by an outdoor terrace with views of Mount Washington and the Kentucky State Capitol in the background. The second floor offers beautiful views of the city. It features an open-air bar and restaurant, as well as a rooftop bar.
